- 7 cups Hard White Wheat Flour
- ⅔ cup Gluten
- 2 ½ Tablespoons Yeast
- 5 cups Warm Water
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- ⅔ cup Canola Oil
- ⅔ cup Honey
- 2 ½ Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 5 cups Hard White Wheat Flour
Add Salt, Oil, Honey and Lemon Juice. Mix for one minute.
Continue mixing and add remaining 5 cups Flour. Knead for 10 minutes.
Divide into four pieces. Shape and put into pans.
Rise 30 minutes, or until loaves have risen to the top of the pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.
