Yogurt Bowl

This healthy lunch is about 300 calories and fills me up. I look forward to lunch time every day!

  • 1 cup Non-Fat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup Freeze Dried Raspberries, or any freeze dried fruit
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ cup granola
Cover freeze dried fruit with water to hydrate completely. Drain well.

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently right before serving.
