- 1 ¾ cups Soft White Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
- ⅓ cup Vital Wheat Gluten
- 2 Tablespoons Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 ¼ cups Water
- ¼ cup Honey
- 4 Tablespoons Butter Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Egg Powder
Punch dough down. Divide into 12 pieces. Shape each into a large ball. Place in a greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with your hand. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 375℉ for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to a wire rack. Slice in half and fill with your favorite “Burger!” Makes 12 buns.
