- Taco Shells
- 1 12.5-oz. can Beef Chunks, or Chicken, or Turkey
- 1 4-oz. can Diced Green Chilies
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons Cold Water
Place any variety of Canned Meat (undrained) in a slow cooker. Add Green Chilies and Taco Seasoning. Cover and cook on LOW for 1-2 hours. In a small bowl mix Cornstarch and Water together until smooth. Add Cornstarch mixture to slow cooker. Turn slow cooker heat up to HIGH and cook and stir 5-10 minutes or until liquid has thickened. Spoon evenly over 6-8 Taco Shells. Roll up and serve!
