The spices added to these potatoes really makes a difference. No more standard potatoes every single day!
- 2 cups Dehydrated Sweet Potato Dices
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add Sweet Potatoes, cook 10-15 minutes or until soft.
Drain and place in a large bowl. Add Oil, toss to coat. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased Cookie sheet. Bake at 400 ℉ for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
