Teriyaki Chicken

Need a quick meal? After making this a few times I realized that I never need to buy “Helper” meals in boxes again. There shelf life is not so long anyway. This Teriyaki
Chicken is so fast and easy and right out of your food storage! What could be better?

  • ¼ cup Italian Salad Dressing
  • 12-14 oz. Canned Chicken, drained and flaked
  • 1 ⅓ cups Water
  • ¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 2 cups Freeze Dried Broccoli
  • 1 cup Rice
In a large pot bring to boil Water, Italian Salad Dressing and Teriyaki Sauce. Add Chicken and Garlic. Stir in Rice. Cover and Cook on low 15 minutes.Meanwhile place Broccoli in a medium size bowl. Cover with water to hydrate completely. Drain excess water. Stir into rice mixture. Cover and cook on low heat 5 minutes longer. Fluff with fork.
