- 2 ½ cups Whole Wheat Baking Mix
- ⅓ cup Butter, softened*
- ¾ cup Dehydrated Sweet Potato Dices
- ⅔ cup Milk
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add sweet potato dices. Boil for 15 minutes. Drain and mash. Add all other ingredients to mashed sweet potatoes. Stir until soft dough forms.
Drop heaping round table spoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. I like to use my pampered chef large cookie dropper.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
