This bread is similar to the yummy loaves they bring out at the Cheesecake Factory or Outback Steakhouse. We love it warm and smothered in butter! –Mellyn
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 9 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons yeast
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 3 1/2 cups wheat flour, added gradually
- Combine all ingredients in order.
- Add flour until dough forms a ball and cleans the sides of the bowl.
- Let rise for 20 minutes.
- Form into 2 loaves by rolling dough into a rectangle and then rolling tightly like a jellyroll to make a long, thin loaf.
- Let rise again for about 10-15 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
