Salsa Rice

This is any easy way to add variety to your rice. Great served along enchiladas, tacos, and the list goes on and on.

  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 teaspoons Chicken Bouillon Paste
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Rice
Heat water, boullion and Salsa in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir in uncooked brown rice. Cover the saucepan and simmer for 15-30 minutes.
