My kids love dipping anything, but they really love these easy pancakes. Using my blender makes it quick and easy to mix. The combined flavors of oats and honey really entices my kids to eat them all!
- 3 cups Milk
- 4 ⅔ cups Regular Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Egg Powder*
- 3 Tablespoons Water*
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- ⅔ cups Canola Oil
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 ⅓ Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 ½ cups Honey
Add remaining ingredients and blend 1 minute more.
Pour onto hot griddle making them “dollar size.” Cook, turning once.
Serve with honey for dipping.
