- ¼ cup Dehydrated Carrot Dices
- 2 Tablespoons Dehydrated Onion
- 1 ¾ cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon Paste
- ⅓ cup Rice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 2 cups Freeze Dried Zucchini Slices
Bring water to a boil. Add carrots, onion, bouillon, rice, salt and pepper. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 13 minutes. Stir in the zucchini. Cover and simmer 6-10 minutes longer or until rice is tender.
