Need a slick use for leftover canned pumpkin after cooking or baking?
This recipe is for the littlest ones.
- 2 Tablespoons baby cereal, any variety – rice, oatmeal, mixed
- water
- 1 Tablespoon canned pumpkin
- 2 Tablespoons natural applesauce – any variety without added sugars.
Place the cereal in a small bowl. Add and stir in just enough water for your own babies tastes (usually making a thinner consistency for younger eaters and thicker for older). Mix in pumpkin and applesauce. Serve.
