- 5 cups Wheat Chex
- 2 cups Pecan Halves
- ¼ cup Butter
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
In a large microwavable bowl mix chex cereal and pecans.
In a 2 cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter, sugar, corn syrup and cinnamon uncovered on High about 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is boiling. Stir, pour over cereal. Mix well. Microwave uncovered 3 minutes. Stir in cranberries and microwave 30 seconds longer.
Spread on wax paper to cool, about 5 minutes. Store in airtight container.
