		<description>Ah, thank you, thank you for telling the health benefits of baking cocoa.  Now perhaps I can feel better about the cup of homemade hot cocoa I drink almost every morning.  1 cup 1% milk, 2 1/2 tsp baking cocoa, 4 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla.  The recipe calls for 2 Tbsp of sugar, but the guilt was getting to me so I cut it back to 4 tsp.  Now I can at least feel good about the cocoa.  :)</description>
