		<description>I&#039;d say...don&#039;t do it! I&#039;m thinking of the time that I added the wheat berries to the granola just to see. When they dried out they were hard as rocks, and it was like eating granola with little bits of gravel in it! You can picture the happiness at the breakfast table, can&#039;t you?! Anyway, I could be wrong. Maybe they&#039;d be less hard if they dried on the counter? But that&#039;s my gut opinion!</description>

My guess is they&#039;d be good in the fridge for at least a week, and if you freeze them, probably several months? I have bagged them individually to take to events like a &quot;real&quot; granola bar. You could do that and put them in the fridge or freezer, so you&#039;d have the convenience of a pre-packed snack.</description>
