		<description>I also love cooking these beans with the left-over ham bone after holiday meals...the flavor cooks into the beans and is wonderful. For a true New Orleans style flavor, squeeze a little yellow mustard in your bowl (ours is a little soupy) and mix it around. :-)</description>
